    • Our one-time, non-refundable franchise fee is valid for 5 years, with no royalty or commission on sales.

    • The fee does not cover the design, construction of the outlet, or the purchase of machinery and equipment.

    • The fee includes product support, B2B sales assistance, on-site training, and ongoing operational guidance to ensure your success.

  • The timeline can vary, but typically it takes 1-2 months from signing the agreement to opening day.

  • The construction is managed by you, but we are here to support you every step of the way, providing reference photos, detailed layout with placement and colour schemes to create a cohesive outlet.

    • You will need to invest in storage and display cabinets (as specified by us), a waffle cone maker, a weighing machine, spatulas, scoopers, and bins with lids. 

    • These equipments should be purchased directly from vendors in the market. We can assist with vendor details if needed.

    • We provide professionally designed promotional materials for both in-store and online use.  Printing of these materials to be done by franchise.

    • You can run your own regional campaigns, that align with our brand guidelines (will be provided by us) to strengthen brand recall.

    • Additionally, our active collaborations, campaigns and social media engagement will further boost brand loyalty and awareness.

    • B2C pricing for Soul Freeze products will be set and strictly governed by us. We will provide you with the selling prices, that are applicable pan India. 

    • You may  run promotions / schemes / campaigns  at your outlet, subject to prior written approval from us. Please note that Soul Freeze will not provide financial support for such initiatives.

    • In the B2B segment, you have the flexibility to set your own prices above the base price. 

    • Our retail range includes 105 gelatos and sorbets, 10 Temptations bars and 11 Desires (gelato cakes). You can choose from the wide variety of flavours for your franchise store.

    • All products are designed to be enjoyed as-is, without additional toppings.

    • Gelato has a shelf life of 6 months, sorbets last 1-3 months, Temptations (gelato bars) have a shelf life of 6 months, and Desires (gelato cakes) can also be stored for 6 months.

  • The MOQ for gelatos is 50 kgs, with a minimum of 4 kgs per flavour, gelato bars is 25 pieces per flavour, and for gelato cakes,  is 2 pieces per flavour.

    • Gelatos are supplied in 1kg plastic tubs, which yield approximately 14 scoops per kg (70g per scoop). Gelato bars and gelato cakes come individually packaged.

    • 80ml cups, 150ml cups, cone covers, tissues and waffle cone premix shall be supplied cost basis. 

    • Delivery takes approximately 7-10 days from the date of order receipt and payment.

    • We will aim to dispatch gelatos via your preferred courier or transporter.

    • Our gelatos are packed in a thermocol box with sufficient dry ice to last up to 48 hours during transport. Each box contains around 20 kg of gelatos and 15 kg of dry ice, with a total weight of approximately 35 kg, depending on the order and travel time.

    • Freight costs will be charged based on actuals, and packaging/forwarding charges will incur an additional 2% on the pre-GST invoice value.

    • Payment is required upon order placement.
